I picked ‘Urban’ as a theme while I was excited about being in Chicago. Carrying it on back at the farm was challenging but made me seek out my links to the city! To get decent cheese you have to drive at least an hour and a half from here…otherwise you just get the choice of plastic bags of grated cheese – dark yellow or yellow! Yuk!
