Sour dough starter doing its thing. It began its life in Iran, left due to the Revolution, went onto the Czech Republic, left due to the Revolution, then India and onto the USA….a little sample was sent to me during Lockdown the Original 2020 and was one of the special moments of this year. Out for a cycle and randomly discovered a little gem of history with a special view…it was in really built up area but I could imagine it all those years ago when fields were between the church and the water. On the way home this was the queue for the post office……
