EIGHT YEARS 330 DAYS / DAY ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN: FRIDAY 25 OCTOBER 2024

A friend, Llyr Davies’ opening of his painting exhibition ‘Wreck’ in Kingsbridge, Devon. I’ve been seeing the growth of his exhibitions and this is by far his largest.

Getting up early on a cold and clammy morning to go to Aikido training. Crossing this bridge where the trees brightens an otherwise grey day. Carlbergsviadukten.

EIGHT YEARS 262 DAYS / DAY FORTY- FIVE: SUNDAY 18 AUGUST 2024

Decided to join my rambling group on an 8 mile walk near Kingsbridge before driving 5 hours up to Northamptonshire. Was the best decision as the walking grounded me which I really needed, my head had felt all over the place. Had a lovely drive north listening to podcasts and Otto had had a lovely runaround before being in the van.

Making things grow.
Planted this little larch tree last summer and I wasn’t sure it was going to make it, but now it finally seems to be thriving and sprouting.
