Slugtastic *****
Day off from work and time for three sessions of aikido training today and time to wash my Gi’s.

The only photo I took all day. I heard a festival I am dressing a venue for theme is ‘birds of a feather’…then found a feather …*****
This week is intensive training week in my Dojo, so training every night. This is the after evening training snack/dinner; Ryebread with new potatoes (nye kartofler) a softboiled egg and cherry tomatoes.

Back to the studio. I’m so happy that Otto has become the perfect studio dog. He knows to just chill out when we are there *****
Making it to work and afterwards making it to training at the Dojo without getting wet in the endless showers and thunderstorms passing over Copenhagen on and off all day.

A relaxing day in a field chatting, having 2 breakfasts and reading my book while Otto played with children camping *****
Celebrating my aunt and uncles 30 years of marriage and my uncle’s 80th birthday with a delicious lunch at Fasangården in the middle of Frederiksberg Have.
After the lunch we went to say hello to the Elephants which you can see from the public park.

Drove to Boscastle to have a lovely lunch, a visit to the Witch Museum and a walk with Lucie. We parted ways and I went to meet friends at an organic farm for a solstice party. I was in a hot tub for sunrise ✨*****
Summer gardening outfit. Love my wild weird garden.

A walk from Cadgwith camping to the tip of the Lizard picking up from another coastal walk I did. Stunning walk and a swim when we arrived. Especially good as I could wash the cowpat Otto had rolled in, off! Saw a seal. Walked a beautiful loop back. *****
Out for a friday night evening stroll in the nearby neighbourhood Vesterbro with wildflowers growing everywhere, even found some huge stinging nettles in some places.

Drove to meet Lucie at Trebah Gardens. Beautiful botanics. Hazel left today and Lucie took her space at the campground. A walk to Cadgwith where I bought scallops for dinner and managed to cook them perfectly. Bliss ******
Aikido training after work despite my beartrap mountainbike injury Yesterday; beartrap being a common slang term for hitting your pedals against your shin while cycling and refers to the painful experience of slipping off a pedal, causing the other pedal ( with really nasty spikes on it) to strike your shin.

Changed campsites to Cadgwith Camping’on the Lizard…A walk to Cadgwith, the cutest little, well preserved fishing village with decently priced prawn sandwiches which we ate on the beach. Bliss *****
Haven’t been out much on my mountainbike this year, but this was the day.
Joined a social bikeride event in Hareskoven, but ended up making a little break out group of just me and a friend, because there were so many people. We had a great ride through the trees.
Afterwards burgers and cold drinks with everybody.
This place, Hareskoven, is also always good for the head and the heart.

A solo walk to a beach and swim near the campsite was the tonic I needed. An afternoon seeing the circus at the Minack Theatre was brilliant followed by a hike down to the most incredible turquoise watered beach Pedyn Vounder. A pretty epic day*****
Love this Dojo. After training picture, everybody folding their Hakamas which is the Black skirt trousers we wear over our Gi when we are training.
Great people and always a good time here.

Was picked up and taken on a date / not date by a Porth Leven acquaintance. Beautiful tour and yummy lunch. Then home to the campsite for more fun hanging with Hazel.*****
First run in 2 weeks, heavy legs, but nice weather and met these Wild beasts on the savanna Søndermarken.

Kynance Cove, The Lizard. A swim and a walk along the cliffs.
This beautiful place, Bækmarksbro South of Lemvig in Jutland.
These horses a part of riding School for people with physical or mental handicaps and living their best lives.

Coastal walk from our camp site to Porth Leven and back. Drinks and pizza and a beautiful sunny day.
A lot of driving and keeping optimistic not knowing what is coming around the next corner.

Drove down to meet Hazel at the Dropped Anchor campsite near Helston, Cornwall. We managed a lovely walk over fields to the coast path in a break in the rain. Then we had a cosy evening in her van eating food I’d prepared earlier and playing Scrabble. Heaven!
Super busy day at work, a lot of balls in the air and managed to catch most of them.
Celebrating the end of the work week with a glass of lovely Champagne.

Took my van in for new brake pads and walked round a marina in the fifty shades of grey. Popped to see friends at Flameworks and their company lifted me back into to being myself.
This art piece outside my workplace Rigshospitalet reads: Under. Which can mean both under and wonder in Danish. Also if you read it backwards it spells; Red nu, which means ‘Save now’ in danish.

I’ve been so fatigued recently that I decided to go and see my amazing masseuse and let her do her magic…which she did. Afterwards me and Otto walked along this amazing river and he swam and I was washed by the multitude shades of greens.
Work and afterwards team building and science day and then get together dinner.
This picture is taken in a hurry from the hospital to the restaurant.

My first ever mammogram. I would have included an image of my breast but she wouldn’t allow it..even though it’s my boob!
At work it suddenly started to snow in June.
Turned out they were just cleaning the Helicopter platform on the roof and the snow was the soap fluff.

Otto has finally realised that when we walk to the studio he should just chill out while I paint*****
Beautiful Wild corner next to Munkerup museum

A Muddy Boots walk near Bantham. Really lovely. Wiped out afterwards*****
A bit of a gloomy rainy day, still went on a garden tour with my brother, showing off wild life.
This Vinbjerg snegl likes to hang out in this corner of the garden, so have to look out for it when we mow the lawn.

Hot yoga and the house to myself. Chili for dinner*****
Drove to our summer house after a busy day at work. A dramatic sky and lush green garden.

Yoga, a house to myself, started organising my outbuildings, made chocolate mousse and then took my best mate out for a local walk. Finally some zing in me****
Friday night dinner; cabbage and toast bread. Surprisingly tasty when you add lemon cest, parmesan, a good olive oil and a glass of chilled White Wine.
